Yes. For Starter and Business packages, it's 50% upfront and 50% at handover. Professional packages are split into 3 milestones. Custom and Enterprise projects use per-milestone payments as outlined in the work contract.

Every package includes a warranty period — 1 month for Starter, 3 months for Business, 6 months for Professional, and 12 months for Custom/Enterprise. After that, monthly maintenance is available starting at Rp 750,000/month.
